Location: Vientiane, Lao PDR
Duties and Responsibilities
· Ability to prepare effective Sales and Distribution plan to establish agent network nationwide
· Training, scheduling, coaching and managing sales teams to meet sales target and objectives
· Managing sales and distribution regional team effectively and monitor their daily activities and KPIs
· Timely and accurate management of sales campaigns and business management plans for the
regions
· Perform complex activities in achieving sales targets via planning, development, and implementation
of sales programs and driving targets
· Monitor and evaluate distributer’s & agent’s performance on an on-going basis and ensure their
compliance
· Coordinate with Marketing Department in the process of designing, installation of basic branding at
agents
· Be accountable for special assignments relating to any functions
· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the markets
· Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs,
and anticipating new marketing opportunities
Required experience and skill
· University degree or Business-related field
· Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales & Distribution with the same position
· Strong experience in Mobile Financial Service will be an added advantage
· Ability to perform multitask as well as work efficiently and effectively within required deadlines
· Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
· Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
· Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and communication skills with business partners,
customers and co-workers
· Flexible for traveling
· Computer literate and proficient in English
· Myanmar nationality is preferable
