Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software,Installing and configuring networks, printers and scanners
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Possibly training more junior staff members
IT Technical Support requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in IT support for (3) year(s) be an advantage
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS,Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, both taking direction from and supporting other colleagues
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
- Strong communications skills.
Qualifications:
– Male / Female age 22-30 years
– Experience: 0 – 3 years (Welcome new graduated)
– Bachelor’s Degree or Master ‘s Degree in Information Technology major Computer Science , Computer Engineering or related fields
